Returns and refunds

 

We want your dog to love everything from Lazy Sunday Pets. If something isn't right, here's how we sort it out.

 

30-day returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and free of pet hair or odours. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on used lick mats, feeders, grooming tools or bedding.

 

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@lazysundaypets.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.

 

How to start a return

Email hello@lazysundaypets.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before we've confirmed, as returns sent to the wrong address can't be refunded. Unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is because of our error.

 

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that hasn't been sent to the supplier yet.
